Tarpaulin banner

Tarpaulin banner, also known as PVC banner, is a durable and water-repellent material with a smooth, semi-matte surface. The surface ensures sharp and clear print quality, reproducing detailed and saturated colours while reducing glare. The material is designed to effectively protect against moisture, rain, and UV radiation, preserving the colours of the print and preventing them from fading over time.

The banner can withstand wind, weather, and temperature changes, making it particularly suitable for long-term outdoor advertising campaigns and other applications where durability is crucial. For larger banners, the material will be welded together to achieve the desired size.

Applications:

• Construction sites: Can be used as protective tarpaulin and advertising banner around construction sites, where they both protect and provide visibility for the construction company.
• Events and festivals: Ideal as banners at entrances, stages, or as directional signage during outdoor events.
• Sports events: Can be used to advertise sponsors or to create barriers and decorate stands at sporting events.

Finishing Options

Cut to size
The banner will have its edges precisely cut to the specified dimensions and desired size. In practice, this means no additional finishing after cutting.

Edge reinforcement
A finishing option where an edge band is applied to the back of the banner. The edge band protects against fraying and damage while increasing durability. Primarily used outdoors.

Tunnel
A tunnel is sewn along the banner’s edge to create a pole pocket, allowing for the insertion of a rod or string. The standard pocket diameter is 5 cm.

Keder
Keder is a plastic strip sewn into the edge of the banner. It allows the banner to be hung in a keder profile. The standard diameter of the keder strip is 7 mm.

Eyelets
The small metal rings, which standardly measure 1 cm in diameter, are placed along the edge of the banner, allowing rope, elastic, or cable ties to be threaded through. Eyelets are usually spaced 50 cm apart, but contact us if you require a different spacing or eyelet diameter.
