Choose between various fabric banners for your display solution

Fabric 115g

This material is best known from beach flags due to its lightweight and ability to flutter nicely in the wind. Its lightness results in a high degree of transparency, allowing the layout to be seen in reverse on the back. This provides exposure on both sides, even though printing is only done on one side.

Fabric 205g

This is the most commonly used textile material in the exhibition industry due to its versatility. You get a quality print with excellent colour reproduction that lasts for many years. The material is durable, making it suitable for repeated assembly and transportation. It is available with B1 fire certification.

Fabric 280g

This textile is ideal for digital printing, as its smooth surface and consistent structure ensure sharp and precise colour reproduction and clear details. With a weight of 290 g/m², it is both durable and easy to handle during installation. The material is heat-treated to ensure dimensional stability, so it retains its shape without shrinking and remains presentable throughout the exhibition period.

Finishing Options

Rubber strip
The rubber strip is a rubber bead used to secure the material in a frame with a groove profile. The rubber strip is pressed into the groove, ensuring that the material stays tight and stretched.

Cut to size
The banner will have its edges precisely cut to the specified dimensions and desired size. In practice, this means no additional finishing after cutting.

Edge reinforcement
A finishing option where an edge band is applied to the back of the banner. The edge band protects against fraying and damage while increasing durability. Primarily used outdoors.

Velcro
When ordering Velcro, there are several options for how it can be sewn on. To ensure we deliver exactly what you want, please fill out the comment box when you reach checkout with the following information:

• Colour: Choose between black or white.
• Width: Choose between 25 mm or 50 mm.
• Type: Specify if you want hook (male) or loop (female).
• Placement: Specify if the velcro should be sewn on the front or back of the banner.

Note: If no option is selected, the order comes standard with white, female, 25 mm, sewn on the back.

Eyelets
The small metal rings, which standardly measure 1 cm in diameter, are placed along the edge of the banner, allowing rope, elastic, or cable ties to be threaded through. Eyelets are usually spaced 50 cm apart, but contact us if you require a different spacing or eyelet diameter.

Tunnel
A tunnel is sewn along the banner’s edge to create a pole pocket, allowing for the insertion of a rod or string. The standard pocket diameter is 5 cm.

Iron bar
A round metal rod is mounted at the top and bottom of the banner in a small pole pocket. This gives the banner extra weight, ensuring it hangs neatly.
